Our lab has the equipment necessary for molecular synthesis and preparation of the chambers for the experiments. We have three optical and one magnetic tweezers instruments, where one of the optical tweezers has a temperature controller that operates between 4°C and 40°C. In addition, we have a setup to take electrical measurements of molecular translocation across nanopipettes. We are currently implementing nanopore tweezers for single-molecule pulling and translocation.
